The initial selection process for colors and materials was seamless and easy to complete using the RJ Barry Selection System. All of the choices were organized and documented. This resulted in everything falling into place as planned, with no last minute fire drills to choose overlooked details. The various vendors RJ Barry works with were helpful and imaginative, showing us ideas and systems we had not thought of before.

The site was always kept neat and clean, allowing us to closely inspect the progress.

RJ Barry was very flexible. For example, they worked with us to accommodate installation of a complex system of retaining walls, ponds, streams and waterfalls in the backyard so that these improvements could be completed well before move-in.

The RJ Barry team was well organized. Sequences and steps are planned well in advance and materials delivered on time. We enjoyed watching our home come together without a glitch.

Having built two other homes with different builders before discovering RJ Barry, I certainly have some basis for comparison. While my other experiences weren't necessarily bad ones, my experience with your company and all of its suppliers and sub-contractors has been far superior then anything I could've imagined. I have never once been treated with anything but the highest level of professionalism and the best of attitudes. Next, there was never a day that some extensive work wasn't being done on my home. Never did I have to worry about the house sitting idle. Another highlight is the extensive list of luxury amenities you include and insist on upholding. Your long list of standard amenities simply blows away those that I have seen from other builders. Finally, the attention to detail, especially with things like millwork and trim is as good as I've ever seen, even in homes at a much higher cost.
